PKP98 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PKP98 platform — whether through a web browser, the mobile app downloaded from our Download page, or any other method — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration.

These terms apply to all aspects of your relationship with PKP98, including sports betting on Cricket, PSL, Football, and Esports; use of Slot games and Live Casino; claiming bonuses and promotions; making deposits and withdrawals in PKR; and communicating with PKP98 customer support.

PKP98 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use PKP98, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKP98 does not accept registrations from anyone under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an active PKP98 account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed without warning.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a PKP98 employee where this creates a conflict of interest with platform integrity.

PKP98 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include government-issued ID, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

03 Account Responsibilities

Once your PKP98 account is created, you are responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes every bet placed, every game played, every deposit made, and every bonus claimed — regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you or not, unless you have reported a security breach to PKP98 support immediately upon becoming aware of it.

• Keep your password and login credentials private. Do not share them with anyone.
• Log out of the platform when using shared or public devices.
• Notify PKP98 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your contact details — email address and phone number — up to date in your account settings.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of PKP98 is lawful within your own jurisdiction. PKP98 does not provide legal advice regarding the laws applicable to individual users.

PKP98 takes account security seriously and employs industry-standard encryption and fraud detection measures. However, the security of your account credentials is your personal responsibility. PKP98 will not compensate users for losses arising from voluntary or negligent sharing of login information.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

PKP98 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change over time.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your PKP98 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• PKP98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the account holder.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes confirmation of identity and payment method ownership.
• PKP98 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours during normal operating conditions. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

05 Betting Rules

PKP98 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across Cricket (including PSL and international T20s), Football, Esports, and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued. Bets placed during system errors or technical outages may be voided.
• Odds changes: For pre-match betting, the odds displayed at the time you submit your bet are the odds that will apply, provided the bet is accepted. For live betting, odds fluctuate rapidly and the accepted odds may differ slightly from those displayed at the moment of submission.
• Void bets: PKP98 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, data feed failure, match abandonment, or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of the market.
• Match postponements: If a Cricket or Football match is postponed and does not commence within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are available in the platform's betting rules documentation accessible from your account.
• PSL and T20 betting: For Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) affected matches, markets that cannot be fairly settled under DLS will be voided. Markets that can be settled fairly will stand.
• Live betting: Once a live bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a data feed interruption during live play, PKP98 may suspend live betting temporarily.

PKP98's trading team monitors all markets and retains the right to limit stakes or restrict access to specific markets for users whose betting patterns indicate professional or syndicated activity inconsistent with normal recreational use.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

PKP98 runs welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Cricket season, PSL fixtures, and major Football tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus is available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain when the time period expires will be forfeited.
• PKP98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already qualified, affected users will be notified and any applicable bonus funds already credited will be honoured.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories or sports specified in the promotion's terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible categories may result in the bonus being voided.
• Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited, with only the original cash deposit returned.
• PKP98 may require users to opt in to a promotion before it becomes active. Auto-credited bonuses will be noted clearly on the promotion page.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKP98. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets across PKP98 and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, exploiting price differences between markets.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or coordinating with other users to claim bonuses that you would not otherwise be entitled to.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in connection with any arrangement intended to fix or influence the outcome of a match.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your PKP98 account, or accessing another person's account.
• Money laundering: Using PKP98 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to conceal the origin of funds through betting activity.

PKP98 employs active monitoring for the above activities. Where prohibited conduct is detected, PKP98 may immediately suspend the account, freeze the balance pending investigation, and take further action as appropriate. Users who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may contact support to begin a review process.

08 Responsible Gaming

PKP98 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani users. Betting and gaming are forms of entertainment — they are meant to be enjoyable. If gambling starts to feel like an obligation, a source of stress, or a way to recover lost money, it is time to step back.

PKP98 provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable depositing within a defined time period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
• Session reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the PKP98 platform through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality checks: Regular on-screen notifications during extended sessions reminding you of the time you have spent and the net outcome of your activity.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the PKP98 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of PKP98 or its licensed content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any PKP98 content without prior written permission.

The PKP98 name and logo are brand identifiers and may not be used in any external context — including social media, websites, or printed material — without express authorisation. Unauthorised use of PKP98's brand assets may result in legal action.

Users may not scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise replicate any part of the PKP98 platform for commercial or non-commercial purposes without written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

PKP98 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent availability and accurate odds data, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that all data displayed will be error-free.

• PKP98 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or data feed errors — except where such errors directly result in an incorrect bet settlement that is demonstrably PKP98's fault, in which case bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• PKP98 is not liable for losses resulting from a user's voluntary choices including bet placement, game participation, and bonus opt-in decisions.
• PKP98 is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banking partners.
• PKP98's total liability to any individual user, in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these terms limits PKP98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Amendments to Terms

PKP98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PKP98 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any update, you may close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of PKP98 after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page and carries the date of last update at the top.
